How do I sign up for official SAT?

Registration for the Official SAT is done through The College Board Organization. You can register for the exam through their website: collegeboard.org.

In general, all American universities accept both SAT and ACT exams equally, literally converting between the two. Regionally the families on the coasts and Texas tend to prefer the SAT, while in most state located in the middle of the country, families tend to take the ACT.  The map below shows this trend. Regardless, colleges generally have no preference and most top students take both.

Why take a Practice Test?

A practice test services two purposes. First, it provides a baseline score so that students understand their natural strengths and weaknesses. Second, these tests provide practice with content, pacing, and stamina in a simulated testing environment. To get the most accurate results possible, we use only official full-length tests provided by the College Board and recreate the atmosphere of a real SAT test as closely as possible.
